Question: Do you have a warranty? What sets yours apart from other boat heater warranties?
Answer: BoatSafe, Inc. has always had a one-year warranty from the date of purchase with no questions asked. If your BoatSafe® heater is not working properly, we will simply send you a new one. Unlike other boat heaters, BoatSafe, Inc. has always honored a written lifetime service guarantee. If your heater malfunctions beyond the one-year warranty, BoatSafe, Inc. will repair your heater for a nominal shop fee and will include insured return shipping. We service every heater ever made by BoatSafe, Inc.
